Returns and Exchanges Policy

Digital Products (E-books, Templates, etc.):

Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books and templates, we do not accept returns. Refunds will only be issued in the case of broken download links. To qualify for a refund, customers must provide proof of the broken link within 5 business days of the purchase.

Design and Development Services (Websites, Logos, Design Packages):

Refunds for design and development services are applicable within the first 30 days after the initial deposit is paid. If work has already begun, and deliverables are in processing, no refund can be issued on the deposit. Once the initial 30 days have passed, no refunds will be provided.
